Man with knife threatens passers-by in Watney Market, Shadwell – video

Video footage has emerged on social media of a man threatening passers-by with a knife in Watney Market, Shadwell. The video shows three passers-by as they try to tackle the man as he moves along Watney Street. Police officers from Tower Hamlets soon arrive and arrest him. It is not believed anyone was injured.
