Teenage victim of Limehouse stabbing in critical condition

Police officers called to Island Row, Limehouse, E14 last night discovered a 17-year old male suffering from severe stab wounds.

London Ambulance Service rushed the victim to the Royal London hospital.

According to New Scotland Yard the victim remains in a critical condition this morning. Island Row is to the north of Limehouse Marina.

No arrests have been made and Tower Hamlets CID continue to investigate the incident.

Witnesses are asked to contact the police via 101 and quote CAD 7477 of 21st September.

It is not known if the incident that led up to the stabbing is gang-related.

Two 16-year old males were stabbed in Wickford Street, Bethnal Green, E1 on the same day.
