22 men charged with drugs offences after police raids across Tower Hamlets

22 men have been charged with various offences relating to the supply of drugs following the police raids across the borough and east London earlier this week. Mohammed Maruf of Broomfield Street was also charged with possession of an imitation firearm.

18 men pleaded not guilty and have been remanded in custody to appear again at Snaresbrook Crown Court on 5 July.

Three men pleaded guilty and will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on 14 June for sentencing.

A 16-year-old male was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin and was remanded to appear at Stratford Youth Court on 28 June.

Not guilty pleas

Junel Ahmed, 23 (24.01.95) of Berner Terrace, Tower Hamlets charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Mohammed Ahmed, 24 (12.02.93) of Bacon Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with two counts of the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin and possession of criminal property.

Ruhel Ahmed, 30 (09.05.87) of Berner Terrace, Tower Hamlets charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Rohel Ahmed, 31 (30.03.87) of Azov House, Commodore Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Mohammed Sherwaan Chowdhury, 18 (23.10.99) of Sidney Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin and possession of criminal property.

Jamile Hussain, 24 (07.04.94) of Shadwell Gardens, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Mohammed Hussain, 22 (07.08.95) of Hewlett Road, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Mohammed Maruf, 23 (31.03.95) of Broomfield Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin and possession of an imitation firearm.

Raja Miah, age 23 (17.3.95) of Trafalgar Gardens, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Soliman Rabi, 18 (02.11.99) of Hoover Tower, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Emanur Rahman, 21 (14.08.96) of Beadnell Court, Ordell Road, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin. Remanded to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on 5 July.

Habibur Rahman, 22 (16.12.95) of Swaton Road, E3 was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Oliur Rahman, 23 (04.10.94) of Chapman Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin, possession to supply crack cocaine and heroin and the possession of criminal property.

Abu Taher Siddiki, 24 (17.11.93) of Galsworthy Avenue, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin and possession of criminal property.

Ahmed Tashmeeth, 20 (14.01.98) of Chapman Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Rakib Uddin, 23 (18.10.98) of Robert Sutton House, Tarling Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Rashiq Uddin, 26 (08.05.92) of Hazledene Road, Ilford was charged with the supply of crack cocaine, the supply of crack heroin and supply of heroin.

Imthiaz Islam, 21 (29.12.96) of Beccles Street, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Atefur Rahman, 18 (10.3.00) of Beadnell House, Ordell Road, Tower Hamlets was charged with the supply of crack cocaine and the supply of crack heroin.

Salikul Rahman, 22 (01.06.1996) of Singlewell Road, Gravesend was charged with two counts of the supply of crack heroin and the supply of crack cocaine.
